This week (14-16 July) Servomex, world leader in gas analysis, will be showcasing its newley released UHP gas analysis products at BOOTH 1244 at SEMICON West at the Moscone Center, San Fransisco, CA.

The solution comprises the integration of the newly updated SERVOPRO DF-500 ultra-trace oxygen analyzer and SERVOPRO DF-700 ultra-trace moisture analyzer ranges with the versatile UHP sensing SERVOPRO Nanochrome analyzer - a unique and powerful combination for the complete measurement of ALLUHP gases within semiconductor processes.
