Servo Hydraulic Mars II Displayed at Expoplast 2014


Montreal, Quebec — Absolute HAITIAN welcomes injection molders to Montreal for the Expoplast 2014 biennial trade show in booth #701 at the Palais des Congres de Montreal. The booth features the Haitian Mars II Series, a second generation servo-hydraulic injection molding machine that provides a cost-effective, energy efficient solution for Canadian molders.  Absolute HAITIAN's presence at this industry event is a key indicator of its commitment to the Canadian injection molding community, a key market for Absolute HAITIAN'S continued growth.



The Haitian Mars II on display is the MAII-1200 with 135 U.S. tons of clamp force. The MA-1200 is producing a piece of ancillary bicycling equipment, a clip used to hold a light stick for nighttime riding. The material for the clip is a 20-melt polypropylene from Washington Penn Plastics. On hand at the booth are team members from Absolute HAITIAN as well as representatives from Lutek Équipement Plastique, Absolute HAITIAN's representation in Quebec.
