Packaging Aids Announces the Addition of a New High Speed Servo Flow Wrapper

PAC to showcase new High Speed Servo Flow Wrapper at Pack Expo 2008

Packaging Aids (PAC) has added a new High Speed Servo Flow Wrapper to their line of packaging machines. The FW-450S will be featured in the PAC booth (#S742) at Pack Expo 2008, McCormick Place from November 9-13 in Chicago. This high speed flow wrapper has operating speeds up to 250 packs/min.

The FW-450S is state of the art with a user-friendly human machine interface control that is very easy to learn and cuts down on operator training. The FW-450S is loaded with great features that help packagers take their production capabilities to a whole new level. These features include self-diagnosis function for easy troubleshooting and low-noise servo motor driving system for all four independent servo motors.

For packagers that need to run several products on the same machine the FW-450S has an adjustable forming box that allows for tremendous flexibility. This machine almost thinks for itself with an overload sensing function on each servo that prevents products from being damaged if misaligned and a standard no product, no bag feature that reduces film waste.

The FW-450S can be equipped with an auto-feeding system, date coder, inline splicer and is available in stainless steel. This machine is ideal for a wide range of products, everything from baked goods to medical items, with plain or printed rollstock material. For more information go to www.pacaids.com.
