SANTA ANA, Calif., Aug. 14 -- Building and expanding service businesses for solution providers, Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE:IM) today announced IMOnsite, a new services management platform designed exclusively for the Ingram Micro Services Network (IMSN). IMOnsite is now being used by a select number of IMSN members and will officially launch in Q4'06.

IMOnsite Set to Strengthen Service Delivery Capabilities and Improve Efficiencies
IMOnsite opens the doors to the industry's premier professional services community, the IMSN. Work-Order Management: Automates, tracks and manages individual service tickets and projects to unique service level agreements from start to finish. Technician Selection and Scheduling: Enables users to locate and search the technical profiles of more than 700 IMSN solution provider companies and dispatch technicians to serve open work orders. Canadian Currency Support: IMOnsite supports both U.S. and Canadian currency transactions, allowing for tighter collaboration between IMSN solution providers across North America.
