COSTA MESA, Calif. - July 11, 2005 - Continuing its mission to provide comprehensive power protection and service to its customers, MGE UPS SYSTEMS, INC., the technology leader in unsurpassed power protection solutions for computer data centers, telecommunications and industrial operations, today announced the expansion of its MGE IT Services to include installation and start-up of its popular EX RT on-line, double-conversion, single-phase family of 5kVA, 7kVA and 11kVA Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS). Known for its worldwide service in 60 countries, MGE IT Services is bringing its installation and start-up expertise to the network arena in order to assist IT and facility managers with a fast and seamless commissioning of the EX RT UPS.
Providing extended battery backup time, the EX RT's flexible modular design gives users the ability to add power protection modules in high-density rack or standalone tower configurations for demanding server room, testing and/or manufacturing environments. The UPSs provide high-availability power protection through advanced features, such as hot-swappable power and battery modules, internal and external bypasses and redundancy to ensure clean, reliable power without interruption.

This new service program includes two different packages. IT & facility managers can choose a package with Installation and Start-up services or Start-up services only. o Inspection of MGE shipment
o Fitting the UPS and related equipment into the rack or tower configuration
