Dedicated LANDesk Technical Account Manager (TAM): The LANDesk TAM supports customer's business as a primary focus of their activities. With only a few customer accounts, a TAM works on active issues and provides a proactive technical relationship. Knowing the customer's specific environment, processes, and business direction are key success drivers of the TAM program. On-site professional services to aid in deployment, management, and customization
TAM additional on-site days (three-day minimum): This service extends the four-day base on-site visits available through the standard TAM service.

TAM additional customer contact: This service extends the two contacts within the company to call in to TAM available through the standard TAM service.

Deployment services and professional services: This type of service includes design, project management, knowledge transfer, and installation of the LANDesk family of products into the customer's production environment. This starts with a discovery call where the size and complexity of the deployment is determined. This can be anything from a small pilot deployment to a full enterprise (turnkey) deployment. From this information it is determined what personnel are required to perform the deployment, a statement of work is created and signed, and the work is scheduled accordingly.

On-site technical support (two-day minimum): This service is for on-site problem resolution to be used in addition to the standard Professional Maintenance agreement. A LANDesk professional will come on-site to help diagnose and solve identified problems.
Professional training for administration of LANDesk Management Suite 8.6 for ThinkVantage Technologies and other LANDesk offerings.
