DLP-TH1 - Monitors Temp/Humidity/Dew Point from USB Port!
Fairport, NY: DLP-TH1 is a low cost USB-based digital temperature and humidity sensor. Now you can easily monitor temperature, humidity and dew point via your PC's USB port without needing any other power source. Windows software provided free lets you chart results to the PC screen and log data to your hard drive, and features email notification when temperature and humidity readings exceed alarm levels. Usable temperature range is -40 to 123°C (accuracy ±2%) with humidity range: 0 to 100%RH (accuracy ±3%).
DLP-TH1 uses a fully-calibrated capacitive polymer sensing element for R.H. and a band-gap digital temperature sensor, so long-term stability is excellent. Calibration coefficients for the sensors are permanently stored in digital memory within the module, so DLP-TH1 modules are interchangeable. Multiple DLP-TH1 units may be connected to a single PC host, and each may be given a descriptive name (Computer Room, Machine 1, etc.). A 6 ft USB cable is provided with the unit, but longer lengths may be accomplished using USB bus extenders.
