The Kalamazoo Model MS1218VS 12" Semi-Automatic Miter Bandsaw, from Clausing Industrial, is a rugged, durable machine offering a wide range of standard features including, 0°-45° miter cutting to enable angle cutting without swinging the material, the proven X-500 enclosed oil bath gear box, and a cast iron bed. The bandsaw features a 2 HP main drive with magnetic starter and overload protection, 1/4 HP hydraulic motor, 80-360 FPM variable speed drive, solid carbide blade guides with rollers, coolant application through both guides, a quick position 18" vise, automatic shut-off at end of cut and easily adjustable head feed with power lift. Other features include a totally enclosed transmission, blade cleaning brush, cast iron bed, l"-wide blade and a stock stop. The saw accepts up to 12" round and 10" x 16" rectangular stock at 90° and up to 8" x 12" rectangular stock at 45°.
