See the Newest in Vertical Machining from Toyoda at Eastec Booth #1205

Arlington Heights, IL - Toyoda Machinery is anticipating a busy and exciting 2008 Eastec. Toyoda will showcase technology from its high-speed linear guide and its boxway vertical machining center lines inside the booth of east coast distributor, Methods Machine Tools.

Toyoda's AF Series has an extremely rigid cast iron base and column, providing long-term accuracy and durability in high-speed machining of die/mold applications. The direct-drive 12,000 rpm, temperature-controlled spindle is paired with the powerful Fanuc 18i-MB control to meet the demands of complex die/mold applications.

The BM Series is designed for heavy-duty machining of ferrous materials. The BM Series, with 6,000-8,000 RPM geared headstock, is ideal for heavy-duty applications in ferrous materials such as cast iron and steel. The rigid iron base is paired with four Y-axis box guideways to eliminate saddle overhang while the extra-wide column expands machining capability. Many high-torque and direct-drive spindle configurations are available in CAT 40 or CAT 50 tapers.

Methods Machine Tools also represents Toyoda's horizontal machining and grinding product lines. Visit Toyoda Machinery and Methods Machine Tools at Eastec booth #1205 for demonstrations or more information.
