SEDONA Delivers the First Version of Intarsia for the Higher Education Market

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., March 20 // -- SEDONA(R) Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: SDNA) (www.sedonacorp.com), a leading provider of Customer and Member Relationship Management (CRM/MRM) solutions for the small and mid-size financial services market, today announced the first installation of its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology for the higher education market.

Intarsia for higher education was installed at one of the country's most prestigious universities and it is anticipated to be generally available in May 2007.

The Company will initially target the division or school of continuing education of colleges and universities. This segment of the higher education market accounts for a significant portion of the enrollment in traditional and for-profit higher education institutions. Continuing education is expected to drive distance learning at an anticipated growth rate 10 times faster than the expected growth of on-campus education during the next 10 years.

Intarsia for higher education integrates data from multiple data sources such as web inquiries, enrollment, academic calendar and program and certificate into one system, allowing the educational institution to optimize the effectiveness of its marketing programs.

Intarsia's Student Information Manager component provides a complete view of the relationship and interactions between the educational institution and each student - from the moment an initial inquiry is made to a complete list of all courses or programs the student has taken.

Intarsia's Campaign Manager component has been significantly expanded to track a wide range of promotions including print ads, web ads, direct mailings, email blasts, broadcasts, and events. Advanced tracking provides enhanced return on investment (ROI) analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of promotions. Expanded tracking reports enable detailed analysis of promotion offers taken, enrollments made, or even inquiries made in specified marketing fields of study. Educational institutions can specifically target campaigns to special groups, such as international students, on-line course offerings, or alumni.

Intarsia for higher education provides educational institutions with a customized suite of standard reports, as well as multiple MyPage configurations that allow the creation of customized dashboards for different tasks.

SEDONA's President and CEO, Marco Emrich commented, "With the release of this new version of Intarsia, SEDONA is leading the way in providing a comprehensive CRM solution for the rapidly expanding higher education market. Specifically priced and designed to service the needs of higher education institutions, Intarsia will assist them to attract, foster, and retain students in the increasingly important continuing education market." Mr. Emrich concluded, "SEDONA continues to expand its market penetration. By entering the higher education market, SEDONA has completed yet another milestone in its continued growth."
