Securus Receives 2014 M2M Evolution Business Impact Award

Company's M2M Technology Platform Recognized for Application of Machine-to-Machine Technology in Location & Mobile Emergency Response Products
CARY, N.C. - Securus, Inc., a leading provider of advanced mobile safety and security solutions, announced today that it has received a 2014 M2M Evolution Business Impact Awards from TMC and Crossfire Media which was announced at the M2M Evolution Conference & Expo, held January 29-31, 2014, at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami, Florida. The Business Impact Awards program recognized a select group of companies and business leaders who have successfully leveraged M2M and the Internet of Things (IoT) to solve a business issue, launch a new service or create revenue opportunities.
CEO Tom Collopy accepted the award for Securus, which was one of only seven recipients selected from more than 50 nominees.
