Security Monitoring System determines stress via bio-sensor.

Press Release Summary:

Security Alert Tracking System (SATS) collects information from reflectance of light on human body, in non-invasive manner, to monitor key vital signs. Worn by employees, wrist-mounted device collects and sends information wirelessly to employer's central monitoring system. If heart rate exhibits unnatural fluctuations, information is captured on wrist unit and transmitted. Receiving system can be configured with video surveillance system to trigger cameras to zoom in on employee.

Original Press Release:

SPO Medical Inc. Applies Its Technology to Create New Security Alert Tracking System

System to be demonstrated at ISC West Security Convention in March 2007

WOODLAND HILLS, Calif., March 8 -- SPO Medical Inc. (Pink Sheets: SPOM.PK), a leading developer of biosensor and microprocessor technologies for use in portable monitoring devices, announced that it has developed a new and unique employee security and safety security tracking system. SPO Medical has partnered with Third Eye, Inc. to promote the product to safety and security-conscious companies.

SPO Medical has developed a bio-sensor chip with proprietary algorithms to collect information from the reflectance of light on the human body, in a non- invasive manner, to monitor key vital signs, including heart rate and oxygen saturation levels. Recognizing that the human heart rate fluctuates in stressful situations, such as when a person is subjected to threatening behavior or engaging in illegal activities, SPO Medical and Third Eye have adapted this technology to create the Security Alert Tracking System (SATS) which banks, casinos, retail outlets and other companies can use to monitor employee safety and possible employee misappropriations.

The centerpiece of Third Eye's SATS unit is a wrist-mounted device that employees can wear comfortably, which collects and sends information wirelessly to the employer's central monitoring system. If the heart-rate exhibits unnatural fluctuations, the information is captured on the wrist unit and transmitted to the central monitoring system. The receiving system can be configured with a video surveillance system to trigger cameras to zoom in on the employee. Used in a casino, bank, office or store, SATS allows the employer's surveillance staff to immediately focus on the employee with unnatural heart-rate fluctuations and determine the source of the stress. This enhances employee security at the company and also can be deployed to assist in apprehending employees engaged in unlawful activities. For more information, visit www.3eyeinc.com.

"I am delighted to offer our proprietary technology for this new application -- the unobtrusive monitoring of employee safety and security," said Michael Braunold, President and Chief Executive Officer of SPO Medical. "SATS is an extension of our patented technology being currently sold worldwide in various medical devices. We look forward to commercializing this new product."

"SATS will be introduced at the New Product Showcase of the forthcoming ISC West EXPO (Booth #3050) for security and surveillance products, March 28- 30, at the Sands Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV," noted David Sims, Jr., President of Third Eye, Inc. "Together with SPO we will be demonstrating the system's ease-of-use and technical capabilities for two key markets: the gaming industry which is concerned with employee theft, and the banking industry, which is concerned with employee security and surveillance. We look forward to being well received by both potential customers at the Expo and the showcase's panel. We're confident that the partnership with SPO Medical in the security and surveillance arena will create similar success to that demonstrated by SPO Medical in the medical device market."

ISC West EXPO is the international showcase and launch pad for new products, technologies and solutions for the global security and surveillance industry. For further details, see www.iscwest.com.
