GE Interlogix Announces Secure Perfect 4.0 Security Management System Integration for Growing Businesses

GE Interlogix, CASI Division, today announced Secure Perfect 4.0(TM), an access control and security management system developed for growing businesses. Packaging the best of GE technology into a single application, the new release is a fully integrated access control, alarm monitoring, video surveillance, photo ID badging and security management system.

Application Program Interface (API)
Secure Perfect now offers true open database connectivity and a published API to address customer specific integration requirements. The open architecture database and application components make integration with virtually any external application simple. It also allows real-time data exchange with other security and enterprise business systems.
Web-based Reporting
In addition to standard reporting, Secure Perfect 4.0 incorporates a new Web-based reporting feature with standard and custom reporting capabilities. Customers can deploy reports across an enterprise with network access and use a standard Web browser from any workstation within the organization. This feature enables department personnel, outside of security, to perform any necessary reporting against the security system database without requiring additional software or direct access into the security system.
Combined Access and Intrusion Zone Control
An added feature to Secure Perfect 4.0 is the ability to logically link access controlled doors and intrusion alarm zones for more accurate control and monitoring of secured areas. To help eliminate false alarms when personnel gain valid access into a monitored area, Secure Perfect allows customers to arm or to disarm alarm monitoring while allowing or restricting access into associated areas based on cardholder access rights.
Powerful and easy to use right out of the box Secure Perfect is based on Microsoft(R) technology standards, supports Microsoft Windows 2000/XP and SQL Server database platforms and delivers high-performance and scalability. With Secure Perfect, customers have access to full security system management and integration over standard LAN/WAN infrastructures.
