Sealtron Connectors Qualified to EN2997
CINCINNATI, OH, December 14, 2007-Sealtron, Inc, a unit of AMETEK HCC Industries, has received product qualification to EN2997 from the European Association of Aerospace Manufacturers (AECMA). This important extension to Sealtron's aircraft engine connector capability complements its previous MIL-DTL-83723 and ESC10 and ESC11 qualifications. It also enhances the company's reputation as a leader in electrical connectors for high-reliability applications. Sealtron manufactures a full range of qualified hermetically sealed receptacles (EN2997YE1, EN2997YE0 and EN2997YE7) in shell sizes 8 thru 28.
