Innovative Maintenance Set for the HASCO Short-Stroke Cylinder
The new Z2361/… sealing ring package is a maintenance set for the HASCO Z236/… short stroke cylinder. Damaged or old sealing rings can be replaced rapidly and simply during the interval between services.
It is recommended that the sealing rings be lightly greased with HASCO Z260/… heavy-duty lubricant prior to installation and that all components and sealing areas are completely cleaned to avoid premature wear or damage.
When fitting the rings care should be taken not to use any pointed objects, and not to twist the rings or stretch them by more than 50% of their inside diameter. The use of O-ring mounting/removal tools will ensure damage free installation and removal.
The Z236/… cylinder allows easy maintenance, and by using original spare components like the Z2361/... seal kit, the service life of the cylinder will be extended thus reduce running costs.
