New Lighting System Ensures Lower Operating and Maintenance Costs

GRANVILLE, Ohio - New PetroluxÂ® LED luminaires from Holophane provide a reliable, low maintenance lighting solution for harsh environments, including classified hazardous locations. The indoor/outdoor fixtures are suited to a variety of environments, including waste water treatment, power generation, petro-chemical, pulp and paper, textile, and ethanol and biodiesel production plants.

Energy efficient PetroluxÂ® LED luminaires are designed with multiple lumen packages and several optical choices to meet designers' specific needs. The fixtures include various performance features:

EnduralÂ® borosilicate glass LED optics minimize glare and provide balanced horizontal and vertical illumination to enhance visibility, productivity and safety. Petrolux LED luminaires are offered with long and narrow and symmetric light distribution.

Dedicated thermal management system improves luminaire reliability and extends the fixtures' useful life. Efficiently transferring the thermal energy created by the light engine provides a minimum of 70,000 hours of maintenance free operation in a 55ÂºC ambient.

Universal Mount(TM) option allows for pendent, wall and stanchion mounting when used with the universal arm accessory. This feature eliminates the need to order multiple mounting configurations and reduces installation and replacement costs.

Dimming options reduce the energy load and decrease operating costs.

Robust outer aluminum housing-available in multiple finishes-protects internal components and provides a path for convection and conduction. Petrolux LED fixtures are totally sealed.
