New Low-Profile Sealed Foot Switch
A new compact, low-profile, heavy-duty sealed foot switch that is designed for user comfort in wet, oily, and dirty environments is being introduced by ConnTrol International, Inc. of Putnam, Connecticut.
The ConnTrol Series 400 Sealed Foot Switch features a low profile cast iron housing with a convenient foot rest that lets users slide their foot sideways and step on the nickel-plated steel pedal. Designed for wet, oily, and dirty environments, this sealed switch has no external springs and occupies the same footprint as a conventional medium-duty foot switch.
Equipped with a skid-resistant elastomeric base pad and three mounting holes, the ConnTrol Series 400 Sealed Foot Switch has an electrostatically coated black housing which can be supplied in custom colors for OEMs. It measures only 7¼"W x 4¾"L x 1½"H and is UL/CSA listed and sealed to IP68 and NEMA 4X, 6P, 12, and 13 ratings. A variety of cord sets are available.
