Cedara Software Announces Release of New .NET DICOM Toolkit

Cedara's MergeCOM-3 toolkit is a unique Software Developers Kit (SDK) that supports flexible DICOM connectivity for software applications.
Previous versions of MergeCOM-3 Advanced Integrator's Toolkit have been developed to support software development in over 30 operating system/platform combinations, including native JAVA. As a comprehensive toolkit, MergeCOM-3 greatly reduces the time required to bring DICOM-conformant products to market in any area of medical technology because it enables developers to focus on their application program logic rather than specific details of the DICOM protocol.
MergeCOM-3's Application Programmer's Interface (API) provides a simple, high-level abstraction of DICOM messaging details, as well as a comprehensive collection of sample applications to demonstrate programming concepts that can serve as a starting point to accelerate development.
