Durex Industries Recently Announced the Release of Their Standard Screw Plug Immersion Heaters
Cary, IL – Durex Industries, a leading North American designer and manufacturer of heaters, temperature sensors, temperature controls and process systems, recently announced the release of their Standard Screw Plug Immersion Heaters.
In response to increasing customer requirements for fast delivery, Durex Industries’ developed a standardize process for manufacturing and delivering Screw Plug Immersion Heaters. In 2-days, Durex Industries' can now ship hundreds of options for 1, 2, and 2- 1/2 inch NPT Screw Plug Immersion Heaters. These heaters are available in various sheath materials including steel, copper, and Incoloy® 840. The standard heaters are designed at 60 W/in², 500 watts to 18 kW, and 120V/1 Phase to 480V/3 Phase.
Screw plug immersion heaters are used in almost every liquid heating application imaginable. The threaded fittings allow for easy tank insertion and removal. Tubular heater elements are brazed or welded to NPT fittings for easy mounting.
Screw Plug Immersion Heaters are used in process temperature control applications ranging from car washing to heavy industrial applications in chemical, petroleum, water, metals and other process industries.
