Space Saving, Energy Efficient 2A, 100V Schottky Bridge Rectifier



Hauppauge, NY USA - Central Semiconductor Corp. announces the release of the CBRHDSH2-100 Schottky Bridge Rectifier packaged in the HD DIP case. This new energy efficient device has a low reverse leakage current of 0.7uA and addresses the need for a space saving 2A, 100V full wave bridge rectifier essential for today's power management, solid state lighting, and power over ethernet applications.

The space saving advantage of the CBRHDSH2-100 is a 50% reduction in utilized board space compared to four individual Schottky rectifiers in the SMA package. Coupled with a low profile of less than 2.7mm, this device provides the ideal solution for the increasing number of applications with limited space requirements.

Pricing for the CBRHDSH2-100 starts at US$ 0.28 each for 3,000 pcs on 13" tape and reel. Sample devices are available upon request.
