Schober to Highlight RSM In-Mold Label Technology and Photovoltaic Panel Production at K Show 2013, Booth #3E72


Cincinnati, OH – Schober will feature Rotary Die Cutting Technology especially designed for converting of in-mold labels as well as die cutting equipment for the production of photovoltaic panels at the K Show in Dusseldorf  in booth #3E72.  The Spider high-speed programmable robotic stacking and counting system, which combines acceleration, velocity and precision at speeds of up to 50 m/min (164 ft/min) to allow stacking of various types of products within the same print image, will be demonstrated in conjunction with the RSM-IML-X technology displayed.  Ideal for today's versatile production requirements, this technology allows nested product configurations with a combination of large/long and small products.   The RSM technology is ideal for is ideal for processing a wide range of paper, film, foil and even technical non-woven materials.



Custom made isolator die cutting equipment, specifically designed for the unique needs of photovoltaic panels, will also be displayed. 



RSM rotary die cutting technology is available with web widths to 850 mm (33 inches) and die-cutting repeat of 1.220 mm (48 inches).  A 100% product inspection system with defective product discharge is available. In addition to the robotic Spider delivery, other proven stacking/delivery devices available include "M" stack for short runs, "S" stack for longer runs, "SM" for awkward products, and "SMA" a fully automated solution.
