The 12" x 4-1/2" Scaffold Status Holder and Tag consists of a plastic tag with a clear front pocket. It comes in a variety of standard legends advising people to avoid using or altering a scaffold.
Cylinder Status Tags are available in vinyl or cardstock. The 5-3/4" x 3" tags are available in a selection of legends that clearly inform users of the status of cylinders: full, empty, use or do not use.
