Introducing Our Sanitary Industrial Line of Filters
Microdyne Products Corp. is proud to announce our unique line of stainless steel housing Sanitary Industrial filters for special needs filtration challenges in industrial compressed air/gas systems. We offer our units with inlet and discharge connections ranging from 1/4"-3" for single element configurations, and from 2"-12" flanged inlet and discharge connections for multiple-element units. We offer the entire range with stainless steel housings instead of the standard aluminum housings that are typically found with industrial-grade filters. Our units are also available with sanitary connections, stub-weld connections, threaded connections, or flanged connections.
The complete range consists of pre-filters, coalescing filters, activated carbon filters, dust filters, and vent filters and are developed specifically with high-tech industries in mind. The filters address the needs of industries, such as electronics, semiconductors, medical, hospital, and food processing who recognize the need for the highest grade of purity without experiencing secondary contamination from the oxidation of aluminum housings typically found in industrial filters. These units replace standard metal filter housings installed prior to sterile filters in compressed air applications found within all these industries.
