Xactly Corporation Announces Enhancements to Leading On-Demand Sales Compensation Application with Xactly Incent 3.5



SAN JOSE, Calif., April 24 -- Xactly Corporation, (www.xactlycorp.com), the market leader in on-demand sales compensation management and an innovator in on-demand sales performance management, today announced Xactly Incent and Xactly Analytics(TM) 3.5 incorporating major new enhancements including rich reporting, dashboards and configurability; increased customization capabilities to Xactly's patent-pending Incentive Estimator(TM) including integration with CRM applications; enhanced Xactly Incent(TM) for AppExchange and support for the Mozilla Firefox® browser.

o Richer Analytics: Several major standard reporting enhancements are included in Xactly Incent 3.5 including drill-through capabilities between reports from high level to detailed payments and a new report for managers and administrators to stack rank users based on quota performance. Additionally, analytic dashboards enable all users from sales to finance to create reports and charts in a customized layout to easily track key performance indicators.

o Configurability Options: Customers are provided unprecedented customization of the already dynamic standard reports to meet their specific business needs from within Xactly Incent. Xactly is also extending configurability options for companies to set the level of complexity within their password policies as well as increasing configurability of its patent- pending Plan Document(TM) functionality enabling customers to tailor business documents to a variety of different sales audiences.

o Incentive Estimator: New features include configuration and integration enhancements with Xactly's patent-pending Incentive Estimator, which provides customers using customer relationship management applications like Salesforce the ability to run "what-if" scenarios based on Salesforce opportunities or estimated sales, and thus calculate potential commission and bonus payments before, during and after a sale. Xactly Incent for AppExchange customers can now customize the fields used to estimate incentives as well as map their company's opportunity fields in Salesforce to estimator fields.
