Economical Slim Compact Safety Relay from Panasonic Electric Works



New Providence, New Jersey: Panasonic Electric Works (The new name for Aromat) introduces a new slim compact safety relay designated the SFS. This slim profile relay features forcibly guided contacts, complying with EN50205 Type A. With a built-in LED indicator, the need for design and mounting of separate LED circuit is eliminated, cutting costs and saving labor. The SFS (4 poles) measures 40mm (L) x 13mm (W) x 24 (H).

Other important safety features include fast response time (8ms Max.) and high shock resistance (200m/s2 Min.). The SFS is available in 2a2b, 3a1b, 4a2b, 5a1b and 3a3b contact arrangements. PC board sockets are available.
