V810ME15-LF offers a low phase noise of -87dBc/Hz @10kHz offset (typ). It provides an average tuning sensitivity of 140 MHz/V and typical harmonic suppression of -19dBc over the extended operating temperature range of - 40º to 85 ºC. It covers the bandwidth between 0.5-4.5V, at DC supply voltage of 5V drawing 24mA (typical).
