Low Cost VCO V630ME09-LF Features Low Phase Noise
SAN DIEGO, September 18, 2008: Z-Communications, Inc. announces a new RoHS compliant VCO (Voltage-Controlled Oscillator) model V630ME09-LF in S-band. The V630ME09-LF operates from 2190-2330 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0-5 Vdc. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -98 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 65 MHz/V.
The V630ME09-LF is designed to deliver a typical output power of 4 dBm at 4.5 Vdc supply while drawing only 14 mA (typical) over the temperature range of -40º to 85º C. This VCO features typical 2nd harmonic suppression of -12 dBc and comes in Z-Comm's industry standard MINI package measuring 0.50 in. x 0.50 in. x 0.22 in. It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements. The V630ME09-LF is also ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
