X-ES Introduces XPort9100: A Ruggedized XMC Module Providing +28V General Purpose I/O
Middleton, WI - Extreme Engineering Solutions, Inc. (X-ES) is now shipping the XPort9100, a ruggedized XMC module that supports eight +28V general purpose input/output (GPIO) channels, commonly used to control subsystems within military aircraft and vehicles. The XPort9100 is designed for use in avionics, as well as ground vehicle and ship-board applications, to control subsystems such as fire control and target acquisition systems.
The XPort9100 features include:
o Eight avionics-level (+28V) GPIO channels
o Each GPIO is configurable as either an input or an output
o Each I/O signal is optically isolated
