RUBBERFORM Unveils Its Latest Product Innovation!

In less than four years, RUBBERFORM Recycled Products of Lockport, NY, has established itself as one of America's leading "eco-industrial" manufacturers. Now, the company has pioneered another product innovation.

The product involved is RUBBERFORM'S recycled rubber wheel stops, which typically are manufactured with yellow road tape, to add visibility. The road line tape that's been used in the past proved to be a less than ideal solution. Over time, the yellow tape used by other manufacturers would frequently deteriorate from age and wear. RUBBERFORM wanted to create a more durable and improved product.

Now, RUBBERFORM has introduced that better idea...replacing that tape with a series of plastic-molded polygons that are permanently adhered to the parking lot wheel stop. Not only do they add permanency and reliability to the product, but are available in a variety of colors.

Company president Bill Robbins points out that this new procedure also allows a purchaser to add printing to these molded polygon stripes...such as a name or logo.

RUBBERFORM Recycled Products began its operations with the creation of numerous parking and traffic safety products made from recycled rubber tires. Its sign bases, wheel stops and traffic calming devices (speed bumps/humps), as well as other industrial products, quickly established the manufacturer as a leader in "green" production technology.

Since then, RUBBERFORM has expanded its line of products and the recycled materials from which they are made.

Today, the firm's headquarters and manufacturing center at 75 Michigan Street house not only stockpiles of crumb rubber, but also crushed computer boards, electric wire coatings, and recycled glass...all additional components of the many eco-friendly products produced there. They are great examples of how waste materials from one manufacturer are becoming the raw materials of another.

This "eco-industrial" manufacturing process holds the promise of keeping millions of tires, scrap computer parts, and other materials out of landfills.

While it continues to manufacture eco-friendly and useful products for numerous industries, RUBBERFORM also continues to research new product ideas and improve upon those products it already produces. Newly-designed and improved parking lot wheel stops are but one example of that.

So, we hope you'll "spread the word" about this latest innovation from RUBBERFORM Recycled Products and "stay tuned" for more exciting news from New York's leading "eco-industrial" manufacturer.
