ASB Introduces New Low-Profile Rubber Press Line
Barberton, OH: ASB Industries, a builder and re-builder of rubber presses for more than 45 years, has recently introduced a line of convenient, space-saving low-profile rubber presses.
The new low-profile presses reduce costs and installation expenses by eliminating the need for a bit on the production floor. The units are free standing and can be quickly installed and easily moved from one location to another.
The presses are available up to 700 tons at 2000 psi, and with platen sizes up to 36" x 36." The 36" x 36" model stands just 81.25 inches high. The units can be supplied with electric, oil, or steam heat platens and all critical dimensions are machined to exacting specifications to assure highest part production tolerances.
A wide range of controls are available and can provide temperature control, data storage, hydraulic control, cycle control, system diagnostics, and interface.
