Superior Manufacturing Group announces a revolutionary mat ramping system. The M.D. Ramp System(TM) is a simple multi-dimensional ramp system that uses very few parts, works just like a picture frame, and is constructed of Nitrile rubber for grease resistance. Each of the products that uses the M.D. Ramp System(TM) can be configured for a specific workstation, used as a single mat, or in continuous lengths. The M.D. Ramps come in two styles, male and female. Both have mitered corners to frame the mat, but they can also be cut to accommodate inside corners or continuous lengths. A key feature to these ramps is the tab (Patent Pending) that comes out of the mitered end of the ramp. This tab provides a firmer, mechanical connection to the corners. When the ramps are used in long custom mats, and the miter is cut off, the tab can still be used as a connector for each of these joints. The following products use the M.D. Ramp System(TM): Cushion-Ease(TM), Cushion-Ease(TM) Solid and Cushion-Ease(TM) Lite.
