RSB has been working with TELUS since 2005, enabling the company to further expand its global footprint. Using RSB's Inter-standard Data Roaming platform (ISDR), CDMA carriers are able to provide their customers with seamless international data roaming in countries previously unreachable, through one single agreement.
The RSB platform provides the ability to allow CDMA wireless network users to roam on GSM networks internationally*. Billing records related to calls made on the foreign GSM system are converted by RSB and appear as regular calls on the customers' monthly statements from their wireless provider. This service gives customers full access to both North America's superior CDMA coverage and GSM's broad worldwide coverage footprint while using their regular phone and number.
