Original Press Release:

High-Performance, "Compact" Rotary Tables from LCM

Installing a high performance 4th axis Rotary Table on a machining center is often a requirement for operations on many complex piece parts.  A Rotary Table & Tailstock combination supporting a multi-sided fixture is frequently used to increase productivity, reduce set-up times and perform multiple operations.

However, the Rotary Table shouldn’t be so large, heavy and cumbersome that it needs to be mounted off-center on a machine worktable to accommodate a protruding drive motor!  This condition restricts the usable work envelope of the machine, creates an unsafe environment for the operator and adds much stress and premature wear and tear on the slides and drives.

Introducing the all new TDE-V series of LCM Rotary Tables from Indexing Technologies Inc., a family of Rotary Tables specifically designed for today’s production needs. The lightweight yet stiff, sealed and pressurized alloy housing with the drive motor safely mounted inside, affords a smaller and more symmetrical footprint than any other table, creating a much improved working condition for both man and machine.

Available in sizes from 8” to 14” faceplate diameter, all with excellent load carrying capacities and a standard positioning accuracy of +/- 15 seconds of arc, plus a built-in powerful brake for static machining, makes a TDE-V Rotary Table the perfect choice for most all machining center applications.

If you are looking to gain more productivity from your machining center, LCM's TDE-V Rotary Table is the answer.
