New Dual-Drive Rotary Table from LMC Workholding Delivers High Speed and High Torque
Logansport, IN - The new Matsumoto (MMK) MDVVi 346 rotary table is now available from LMC Workholding. The new table features twin synchronized drives and a special split worm gear to deliver both high speed and high torque and rapid response.
"The combination of speed, torque and quick response makes these new tables ideal for complex parts such as turbine blades or compressor scrolls," says Jay Duerr of LMC. "The two drives and special worm gear allow us to deliver 200 RPM performance while still providing plenty of torque. Our customers can do things they couldn't before, or at least do them much more quickly." The maximum machining force of the MDVVi is 500 N-m. Repeatability is ±2 arc-sec.
