PHD's NEW RCC Rotary Actuator Provides High Axial Thrust Loads

PHD announces the release of its NEW Series RCC Rotary Actuator, which offers standard 2 day rapid delivery. The Series RCC Rotary Actuator features an exceptionally low profile body design and provides high axial thrust loads. The unit's compact size easily accommodates applications within confined spaces.

The Series RCC Rotary Actuator is available in three bore sizes (8, 12, and 16 mm) with two standard rotations (90° and 180°). All units feature standard angle adjustment of ±5° in each direction. Standard internal shock pads eliminate metal to metal contact, reducing noise and end-of-rotation impact forces. The Series RCC Rotary Actuator operates with zero backlash at the end of rotations for precise rotary positioning.

All units are pre-threaded with standard through mounting holes in the body to provide versatility and ease of mounting of the actuator. The rotary housing incorporates switch slots for convenient mounting of PHD's Series 6790 4 mm Reed and Solid State Switches.

The Series RCC Rotary Actuator is available with an optional hollow pinion to provide protection and routing of electrical cables and air lines. Other optional features available for the Series RCC Rotary Actuator include port flow control kits for accurate control of rotational speed, additional threaded mounting holes for versatile mounting options, rear ports, and more.
