Original Press Release:

Innovative New Rooftop Equipment Takes Industry By Storm

WINNIPEG, MB - Clearline Technologies recently developed an innovative new rooftop support system. The C-Port boasts features that most rooftop supports have only dreamed of. As a non-penetrating rooftop support for gas, refrigeration, electrical and HVAC applications, this unique product has many other uses including duct and roof walkway support. Made of 100% recycled rubber, the C-Port is non-degenerating, and very environmentally friendly. Above all else, the product is safe, economical, and easy to use.

Clearline Technologies is a 100% local manufacturer of recycled rubber rooftop support solutions. Innovation and product development are the cornerstones of this company and recently, Clearline hit the big time with the introduction of their innovative new product, the C-Port which followed behind sister products the Play-Port and Air-Port.

How did this idea come about? Just ask Neil Krovats, owner of Clearline Technologies. "We have been building roof walks and other equipment for quite some time so we were always around the products in the industry. We saw the need to support pipes and other equipment on rooftops using something other than archaic wood products."

"The benefits of using recycled rubber supports are virtually endless," explains Neil. "Most people are surprised when they find out we are using recycled rubber for something other than mats or the usual rubber products."

After penetrating the Canadian market, Krovats decided it was time to swim with the big fish. "We'd been doing so well in Canada that we thought we'd try marketing to the United States," he explains. In January of this year, Clearline broke through to the United States and has never looked back.

Krovats estimates that 95% of the rooftop support market still uses wood products. "There is still a huge need for our product out there," he adds. Special requests and product development are two areas Clearline excels in, hence their motto, "yes, we can do that."

Best of all, Clearline Technologies is 100% local. The process of creating the recycled rubber used to take place in Montreal, but recently Krovats purchased the necessary equipment to carry out this procedure right here in Winnipeg.
