Heavy-duty steel base plates provide necessary counter weight to meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.23 with no penetration of roof membrane. System is delivered fully assembled using aluminum/magnesium alloy speed rail fittings. It comes in galvanized steel or powder-coated to suit roof color.
