Spindle nose ASA A2-8", (max. torque 624Nm), 620mm swing over the Z axis cover, 28hp / 21kW (regime S2 - 30min) Siemens AC main motor

M type turret, servo driven with hydraulic clamping, with 12-station BMT-65 standard disc for fixed and driven tools

Column and cross slide (provided) are equipped with robust guides that offer high rigidity and load capacity, designed to support heavy machining.

Rapid traverse rate up to 30 m/min.

Work area with optimal chip evacuation and efficient cleaning system

CNC Siemens Sinumerik 828D with 10.4'' LCD colour screen, USB and Ethernet interface for factory networking, offering great flexibility for programs and parameters loading

ROMI GL-350B – CNC Turning Centre

Excellent levels of power, torque and speed for high precision machining.

The ROMI GL350B Turning Centre was desgined to operate in mid to high volume production environments, giving an increase in producivity and profitability. It features high torque, high dimensional precision and great efficiency with minimal machining down time.

Main Features:

Cartridge type headstock , with ultra-precise ballscrews supported by bearings with permanent lubrication and  a structure designed to reduce the thermal influence.

Longitudinal and cross carriages, leaning on ultra-precise linear guides, giving excellent positioning and repeatability.

12-station programmable turret with VDI type tool disk, for fixed and driven tools, offering flexibility for drilling, milling and tapping operations.

Fanuc 0i – TD control system, with 10.4" LCD colour screen.

MCX 1400 – CNC Vertical Turning Centre

The Horizontal Machining Center MCX 1400 is an equipment with pallet changer, 1.600 x 1.600 mm pallet size for parts up to 12,000 kg, NC rotary table, spindle taper HSK-A 100 or DIN 69893, 37 kW main motor and magazine for 120 or 570 tools. The MCX 1400 machining center are powerfully dimensioned, feature high-torque spindle units and have, on all axes, pre-loaded precision ball screws or a high-accuracy rack-and-pinion drive. This guarantees high long-term accuracy, even while roughing in parallel with precision-machining.

On all MCX models, we use generously dimensioned linear guide ways in order to guarantee long-term accuracy. Rapid traversing speeds of up to 60 m/min and accelerations of up to 5 m/s² offer adequate dynamics and ensure brief non-productive times.
