Rugged 4-Roller Ag Pumps Ideal for Long-Life in Low-Volume, Moderate Pressure Applications



MINNEAPOLIS, MN - Delavan Ag Pumps, Inc. introduces Series 4400 Roller Pumps. Ideal for low volume, moderate pressure pumping in agricultural applications, these 4-roller pumps are available in 5/8" solid shaft or 1/2" hollow shaft models. Shafts are constructed of 416 stainless steel with an extra-fine finish to minimize seal wear, and are supported at both ends by heavy-duty sealed bearings. They offer flow output to 6.5 gpm at 1800 rpm (electric motor) or 9.2 gpm at 2600 rpm (gas engine) at pressures to 150 psig, and can handle fluid temperature to 140ºF / 60ºC.

These pumps weigh just 5 pounds and feature ultra-rollers for smooth, high performance operation, and long wear life. Rotors are constructed of a corrosion-resistant alloy, and close tolerance machining assures maximum flow and pressure, and prolongs roller life. Standard pump shaft rotation is clockwise, with optional counter-clockwise rotation available.
