MPE Introduces the Model 900.EY Frozen Egg Yolk Gran-U-Lizer(TM)
(Chicago, IL) Modern Process Equipment Corporation (MPE) introduces the Model 900.EY Frozen Egg Yolk Gran-U-Lizer(TM). The 900.EY has rolls that are 8" x 50" long and food grade "wash down" construction.
MPE Gran-U-Lizers specialize in products that are friable (breakable), and frozen egg yolks provide the ideal application for particle reduction from an egg yolk "patty" to a finished particle size suitable for institutional diced egg product applications. Better yet, the 900.EY has the capability of reducing frozen egg yolks to a uniform diced particle size, thereby requiring a minimal amount of sifting.
Other applications, wherein the friable products need to be reduced to a uniform particle size, would also be ideal for the Model IMD 9 Gran-U-Lizer.
