Supreme® Roll Mills
SUPREME Model 1010 Roll Mills provide dependable reduction of a wide variety of solids to a tightly controlled particle size. These industrial duty double roll mills are uniquely capable of milling or cracking within a narrow output range without degrading the valuable qualities of the feed material. Utilizing an efficient, gentle, once-through action, these units can attain results that can not be duplicated with any other size reduction techniques. The 1010 is available in stainless steel as well as carbon steel construction.
Highly efficient in operation, SUPREME Roll Mills produce very low noise or heat rise. Unlike other systems, there are no screens to plug and no requirement for classifiers. Materials are milled to controlled mesh sizes from 13 to 150 mesh without high impact, high stress or high speed rotation.
SUPREME Roll Mills are available with smooth, serrated and grooved rolls. The units are manufactured in single, tandem or triple pass configurations depending on reduction ratio required. Options include cooled or heated rolls, jacketed body construction, recirculation systems, inlet feeders, automatic controls, variable speed controls and hard chrome plated rolls.
