A line of servo-driven roll feeds that are up to 10 times more accurate than conventional feeds and are ideal for stamping jobs with no pilots is available from Waddington Electronics, Inc. of Cranston, Rhode Island.

Waddington Servo-Driven Roll Feeds feature brushless servo technology with sealed bearings and microprocessor controls that provide five digit decimal place programming to compensate for rounding error and reduce accumulated error. Accurate to within ±.0002", they offer 14 gag outputs and registration, programmable patterns, and are capable of indexing rates to 1500 SPM.

Providing push-button control of feed length, speed, and acceleration, Waddington Servo-Driven Roll Feeds are designed for producing parts from 3" to 24" wide.
