Accraply to Present Latest Offerings at Pack Expo 2011

The new Trine Model 4800 roll-fed labeling system complements Accraply's already extensive line of label application equipment. As an industry standard for nearly three decades, Trine is redefining versatility, operating value, and productivity with its Model 4800.

The Trine Model 4800 incorporates a new Outfeed Decelerator that delivers superior bottle handling at speeds up to 600 bottles per minute. The Model 4800's advanced container-control gently accelerates and decelerates bottle velocity for smooth transitions in and out of the labeler. With the flexibility to handle an extensive range of product sizes, the Model 4800 offers 15-minute changeovers from the smallest to largest size. An optional automatic splice unit supports uninterrupted production, further reducing downtime.

Offering a small footprint and quick-change parts, the Trine Model 4800 has a sleek stainless steel guard and is equipped with an Allen Bradley or a Siemens PLC as well as a segmented vacuum drum which eliminates the need for re-padding.
