Richardson Electronics is pleased to announce the availability of the newest IGBT technology enhancement, Powerex's 6th Generation NX-S Series, for the rapidly growing high-power semiconductor industry. Ultra-low-loss performance (20% lower than the 5th Generation IGBTs).
