The new RexMover(TM) rodless pneumatic cylinder incorporates several innovative, user-driven features including a robust design. high-speed capability (up to 16 feet per second), virtually leak free operation, and user-friendly installation and maintenance. An oval-shaped piston design allows greater resistance to side load, and saves space due to a low overall height. The user benefits from three choices of air connections - on the side at both ends, on the rear of the end covers, or on one end cover. Other choices include NPT or ISO-G (BSPP) ports, and four model versions - internal guiding, slide bearing guide, mini guide and heavy-duty guide. RexMover cylinders feature strong, yet lightweight aluminum construction, cushions and impact bumpers, a magnetic piston for sensors, and grooves for sensors on three sides for flexibility. An on-line configurator is available to calculate an application, obtain a CAD drawing and get a part number for a custom cylinder.
