Bimba Releases New Rodless Band Cylinder - The Bimba Ultran Band



Monee, IL - February 16, 2006 - Bimba Manufacturing introduces a new rodless cylinder solution, the Bimba Ultran Band. This new product addresses the unique sealing challenge of a mechanical piston/yoke connection and can be used in a variety of applications such as door opening, material handling/conveying, packaging and palletizing.

Bimba product manager, Thomas Kane, said the sealing system's performance is what differentiates this band cylinder from others on the market.

"The Ultran Band's sealing system has been engineered and tested to outperform all other sealing systems on the market by upwards of 75%.
