Cherry Introduces Miniature, Round Rocker Switch Series


PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WI - Cherry Electrical Products introduces the new RR Series miniature power rocker switch designed to fit a round panel cut-out. The switch, which is UL rated at 10Amps/125VAC, locks into a panel cut-out with a diameter of 0.787 inches (20 mm). Common applications include small appliances, surge protectors and lighting controls.

Cherry's RR Series rocker switch is available in both lighted and non-lighted designs. Lighted switches feature both AC-powered neon lamps and DC-powered tungsten filament lamps. The standard switch is available in 40 different combinations of standard actuator and bezel colors.

The standard termination is 0.187" (4.75mm) quick-connect tabs. The standard switch is also available with PCB through-hole terminals. Single-pole and double-pole designs are available. The Cherry RR series has UL, CSA and VDE approvals and carries the CE mark.
