Robust Gauging Transducers Provide Micron Level Repeatability
Miniature D6-A LVDTs from RDP Electrosense provide highly accurate repeatability for virtually any gauging sensor requirement. They offer repeatability of less than a micron with good linearity. Available in working ranges from + 0.25 mm to + 12.7 mm, each transducer in the D6-A Series has an encapsulated winding with magnetic shielding. Featuring a stainless steel housing, rugged construction, low friction bearings, and ball ended probes, D6-A LVDTs have been specifically designed for accuracy. These transducers also provide excellent magnetic screening and are easily mounted.
D6-A Series transducers can be supplied in special versions. Specialized units have been developed to operate under high pressure and in environments where units are exposed to gamma radiation and nonconducting oil.
