Genesis Systems Group Introduces Versa FT (Fixed Table) Robotic Workcell

Davenport, Iowa, December 5, 2003 - Genesis Systems Group (GSG), an industry-leading integrator of robotic welding and cutting systems introduces the Versa FT. The Versa Fixed Table (FT) is ideal for small and medium parts that require no positioning or manual progressive processing. This workcell features one or two fixed tables. The Fixed Table is also available with an 180° fixture turn-over device at each station.

The two station robotic welding workcell provides competitive advantages of no downtime during fixture changeover, as the system is able to run the opposing station during changeover. The Versa FT minimizes operator travel and the small footprint reduces required floor space as small as 6'x 8'. Transportation of the system is easy because of the unitized base. Installation involves hooking up power and air, and you're ready for operation. Included with the workcell is the Rollup Safety Curtain for space savings and operator safety.
