New Bench Dispensing Robots 7000 Series
The new 7000 bench top Cartesian robots will handle dispensing areas of 8 x 8 inches up to 16 x 16 inches. Each robot is capable of storing 99 programs with a total point capacity of 99,000. Resolution is 0.01mm and a standard PC keyboard carries out point-to-point or continuous path programming.
The 7000 3-axis family provides a significant cost saving when compared to existing bench robot systems. Step-by-step intuitive instructions simplify learning and job creation tasks, allowing a program to be entered and running in minutes.
A robust cast construction and a quiet, vibration-free motor motion ensure stability to fine tolerances during the dispensing operation. Z-axis and table loads are sufficient to handle heavy workloads and valve dispensing modules. An 8-channel I/O interface provides for communication with external apparatus for secondary applications and multiple dispensing equipment components.
